Dynamic Projection and Motion Tracking First

Protec pioneered Real-time Motion Tracking for dynamic projection on a moving sphere at the World Air Games Opening Ceremony at Sky Dive Dubai. We provided the projection on the 54m x 21m backdrop screen as well as the central 20m x 20m stage area and a 6m diameter inflatable sphere using BlackTrax motion tracking integrated with d3 (disguise) media servers. The 3D mapping was visualised and handled in real time.
