An Unmanned Story Told Through Robots & Drones

Protec provided comprehensive staging, scenic, rigging, audio, video, and lighting solutions for this unique opening ceremony that was completely unmanned – in line with the nature of the exhibition. We utilised our Kuka robots on tracks with beams attached to interact with small LED lit drones. The robots appeared to direct and control the drones in clear shapes and patterns to an instrumental soundtrack and were complemented by a light show and video screens to add context.
